Ichi Ni Nana, is a modern style Izakaya experience spread across multiple levels along the iconic Brunswick Street offering delectable Japanese dishes with a modern twist (such as our must try Ebi Mayo). The venue also comprises an amazing beverage list of Japanese inspired cocktails, the best Japan has to offer in sakes and whiskies and a comprehensive wine list covering local and international regions.

Our friendly and professional team will take you on a guided tour through a Japanese experience that will leave you eagerly anticipating your next visit. The place was lovely and the food was delicious, just a shame we got seated upstairs where it's less vibrant rather than the main room downstairs. The service was also quite slow in getting our drinks to us on both rounds and when we asked to order more food, the wait staff were going to send someone over and they never came. We didn't end up ordering more as we needed to leave. The good was excellent and perhaps just an off night. Hopefully next time we'll be seated downstairs

Waited 15mins (no exaggeration), at our table before one of the waiting staff came and acknowledged us and brang us water to start off with.Food was amazing, it never disappoints.

Overall excellent experience… got one of the set menus and a course was missed and brought out after we got deserts and about to leave. Was still happy with everything and given it was Valentine’s Day little things like this can happen

Valentine’s Day so was busier than usual but unacceptably long wait for drinks / set menu was all over the place, with dishes arriving randomly and deserts before mains?! Staff had no clue despite being polite. Food was not bad and reasonably priced , nice atmosphere

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Staff were clueless, kept giving us the wrong dishes. We had the Valentine’s Day special and 2 of the 6 dishes were above expectations, the others were, a cash grab, to say the least.

Had such an enjoyable dinner experience last night. The service was on point as the staff ensured that my friend and I got to experience the banquet despite having various dietary requirements. Our needs were catered to from the moment we sat down. The glass outdoor area was very pretty and the food was delicious! Would definitely come back! Keep up the great service!

A really pleasant ambience. We sat in the glass atrium area which was lovely. The service was pleasant, if a little slow. The food was mostly great, a couple of dishes were good but not great but their spicy sauce was amazing and the cocktail I had was yummy. There was lots of choice for non alcoholic drinks too.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. It was fresh and delicious. Only one thing we ordered the Lobster Tacos let us down and that’s just because the shell was oily. Otherwise every dish we ordered was delicious and we wanted more of the fresh flavours.
