Join us for a cozy rooftop igloo experience in our festive winter wonderland. Our secluded and intimate igloos are the perfect place to celebrate with your favorite people. All experiences are for two hours from the booked reservation time.

Igloos are held privately for you and your group, with a $50 per person food and beverage per person reservation minimum. We have updated our selections and are pleased to offer both an a la carte menu as well as our seasonal prix fixe four course option. Please note that we include a 20% service charge for our staff on all checks.

**Credit card on file is only to hold the reservation, cards on file are not charged unless there is a no-show or cancellation less than 48 hours ahead of reservation. Reservations that are more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show. In the event of extreme weather conditions, Unscripted may contact you with information regarding service being delayed or rescheduled**

My friends and I recently drove more than an hour for the igloo experience to celebrate a milestone birthday and, unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Although the dishes were well presented, the food was bland, the service was poor with long waits between courses, and we received little attention from the staff. Our server expressed that they were in the middle of a menu change and that our visit was the last day of the igloos so there wasn’t much urgency coming from the kitchen staff. The reservation was set for 2 hours and we were there for 4… an hour of which was spent waiting for our check before we finally needed to leave. They had my card on file from the reservation so I had no qualms about doing this since we couldn’t find our server; however, when the hostess contacted me, she laid blame on our group stating that we looked like we were just chilling so they didn’t think we needed the check (even though we asked for it several times). The restaurant was not busy and even if we were “just chilling” no one came to check if we needed anything for over an hour. Despite the obvious issues, there was no apology or acknowledgement of our inconvenience and I cannot recommend this establishment.

Maybe an off night, but a huge disappointment from what we expected. Apparently they were down a server, but there was also nobody in any of the igloos around us. We did a lot of waiting for our server who was just awkward about the whole thing. Probably not his fault, he ultimately was very friendly. Far more disappointing was the food and drinks. The specialty cocktails were way too sweet and overpriced for the quality. Like something I’d expect from free drinks on a cheap cruise. The food was uninspired and every single dish came out cold, not even close to warm. For the money, there are far better dining experiences in Durham. It’s a cute idea, but the execution is lazy at best. A lot of money I can’t get back…I won’t make this mistake again.

We had a date night, igloo to ourselves it was awesome , & we had the four course meal & it was amazing & l'm sorry l can't remember our servers name but he was awesome!!

This was a lovely experience. We had reservations during sunset, which was fantastic. The noise of city was a nice backdrop (There was a band playing somewhere nearby). I have seen a lot of comments about this place not having good service, and I think it is definitely dependent on the team working on any giving evening because if the group is not working well together, it will likely hurt your experience. The food was great. I would not get the pickled vegetables again, but the prix fix was perfection. The Bread Pudding was SO GOOD.

Absolutely awesome! Delicious food. Unique, beautiful, cozy ambiance. Good service. There were 6 of us, and between us all, we tried many of the dishes. It's a great evening out, a nice experience, and worth the money.

The zipper on our door kept getting stuck. The waiters had a hard time getting into our igloo. We had a hard time getting out nobody tried to fix it then the zipper broke and it was cold in there. They didn’t bring us another heater and didn’t try to do anything to keep us from being cold . When we asked the waiter to do something about it, and the waiter told us that he wasn’t a carpenter, so he couldn’t fix it. He said Jesus was a carpenter, not him.
