The III Forks culinary team has created a 5 course dinner and allowed two industry sommeliers to select wines paired with each dish. Guests will enjoy both selections with each course and then vote on which sommelier paired it better. We got our food about an hour after ordering. We saw our waitress occasionally. When the food came out it was all cold. We then waited for another 20 minutes for our new food to come but never did. We just decided to leave.

Our server Jeff was exceptional, knowledgeable and attentive. The atmosphere was awesome. We had reservations but due to the chill I ask for a change to our table, requesting to sit next to a beautiful glass fire. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate. We have dined in fine dining restaurants across the globe. III Forks gets a 10+ in our book Cindy

Service was excellent, food a little delayed due to being busy on Christmas Eve. Food was good but just ok and probably not worth the money but the ambience and service made up for it.

PROS: Most of the food and drinks were excellent. Attentive and friendly wait staff. CONS: Wine list not provided with menus. Had to get up and ask for it from someone at the bar. Ran out of ginger beer so couldn’t order another mule drink. One of the filets was grizzly. Dessert was below average.
