    The food & drinks were delicious! The restaurant was beautiful and our waiter was fantastic. It was the perfect choice for our 15th wedding anniversary.

    The base restaurant was fine, hostesses were nice, seating was comfortable, noise levels were moderate. Sadly the only thing that had any flavor was the potatoes. The tomahawk was very bland and when I asked what was in the cowboy butter the server did not know. Due to the main dish being so underwhelming we will not become regulars or potentially even return.

    We were very disappointed. We have been here three times. Two of our 3 visits were plagued by poor service and mediocre dishes. My husband’s steak was dry and overdone. We had the seafood tower; the lobster, crabs and shrimp were waterlogged as if they had been sitting in water all day. Our meal took 3 hours due to the kitchen and poor service. We had ordered dessert but cancelled it because we were so frustrated. We will probably try it again because the atmosphere is so pleasing but these issues need to be addressed. The restaurant seems to have problems with holidays and overly large crowds

    This was our first visit to III Palms. The waitress was exceptional and main reason we gave overall three stars. We felt we were in an afterthought situation. We were placed in a seperate room seperate from restaurant. Tables were plastic covered by white linen. Chairs looked nice but very uncomfortable. It was very loud and hard to have a conversation. Music was nice but after the room filled you couldn’t hear it anymore. We were very cold. The heater above table was on but only felt by people on the other end of our table. Sea Bass was cold in the center and when they brought it back it was the right temperature but was still rubbery. My wife had the Palms Chicken and she liked it a lot. However, we were very disappointed that we spent that much money. We were hoping for better experience since we can only do something like this once a year.

    2nd visit in 7 days. Busy NYE but still maintained consistent food quality and service . Great experience and will definitely return soon. Special thanks to hostess for providing us a great booth!

    Food, service, and staff was over the top! I highly recommend starting with a French 75 and the crispy rice and tuna. We both ended up getting the filet and it was cooked perfectly, flavor was nice, no sauce needed. Our waitress, Shelby, was outstanding and made sure our experience was the best it could be. Will definitely be going back soon!
