At IKI Ramen our meat products are raised humanely, giving each bowl a distinct, artisanal quality. Following a Japanese philosophy of cooking, we have crafted a variety of broths that highlight the integrity of each and every ingredient. Each bowl has its own unique flavor profile.

When I had omakase before food was pretty good. So i went again and had uni pasta and some sushi. They had happy hour menu- we ordered tuna, salmon, yellow tail sushi. I don’t know what happened. Happy hour sushi was terrible. Rice taste old and dry and tuna had strong fish smell. I’m not going back Sunset location

Food at Iki is fresh, interesting, and delicious, especially upon return from a recent trip to Japan. Service is friendly but not overbearing. The ambiance is lovely—high ceiling, but not loud, with appealing small lights at each table. My only complaint is that it was chilly where we were sitting, due to a draft from the front patio door. Nevertheless, I love this restaurant and look forward to returning many times.

Sushi rice was not fresh for an entire premium sushi plate. This was at the very first opening hour so I don’t understand why. Had to mention it to server and even though we did not ask, she gave us two pieces of sushi on the house. Service was great. Ramen was amazing one of the best i’ve had recently. Will never ever come back for sushi. My family owns a sushi restaurant so I can taste it was the worst rice on sushi i’ve ever tasted. No exaggeration! Ramen maybe I’ll come back since it’s greatly delicious, maybe $2-$4 more expensive than other places.

Best sushi I have ever had, no exaggeration. The ramen was delicious, the staff was exceptional, we joined for our 5th anniversary and were taken care of with a high degree of attention and service.

Iki Ramen is a fantastic addition to Hollywood's re-emerging restaurant landscape. The glass-box space on Sunset Blvd is surprisingly warm and welcoming. The staff are knowledgeable and generous. The quality of the fish is amazing. The creativity is on display in their selection of bao's rolls, and ramen. Vegan's wont be disappointed either. A small but excellent collection of Sake's are available. I took a guest from Japan with an attitude about American sushi and he was mightily impressed.
