The Ferragamo prestigious Il Borro dining concept makes its Greek restaurant debut!
Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Elounda opened at the Elounda Peninsula All Suite Hotel, following successful openings in London, Florence and Dubai.
The concept and culinary programme originates from the renowned Il Borro, the Tuscan Estate, owned by Ferruccio Ferragamo, son of Italian fashion legend Salvatore Ferragamo, known also for its focus on organic farming and sustainable culture.
The menu reflects the estate’s ‘farm to table’ philosophy, using fresh and seasonal ingredients to showcase the best traditional Italian dishes.
World famous Italian bistro is located in an amazing setting on the waterfront. Mouthwatering authentic flavours from Tuscany, coupled with incredible wines from all over the world including the famous Il Borro wine originated from an organic estate in the Tuscan countryside.A beautiful lounge that hosts daily live music or a DJ complete the dining experience.

Outstanding all around service from the moment we set foot in the restaurant until we left. Great dinner. Best dining experience we have had in our two weeks in Greece.

Amazing food and overall experience, with a full moon over our heads! Must try the pizza marguerita, the stewed beef in red wine, which melted in our mouths and of course DO NOT LEAVE before tasting the tiramisu! Best I have ever eaten in my life! Overall five stars all around!

Food came at room temperature except for the pizza. Service deplorable. Several times tried to get the waitress’s attention without success even though she was just one table over. She was not attentive. We refilled our own water (walking to the bottle across the aisle) despite many staff members walking by repeatedly not noticing the empty glasses. Waited 30 min for the check.

An unbelievable restaurant in a beautiful setting. The staff were attentive and the food absolutely beautiful. It was my husbands birthday, a cake was arranged out of courtesy and the staff sang which delighted our 3 year old son. The food was perfect as were the drinks, nothing at all to fault. We will hopefully return before we return home to UK, however I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area, for the food, the experience and the ambience. Thank you Ilias and his staff for looking after me and my family!

I’m really happy that I had the chance to taste more than three times these amazing gourmet Italian meals! I strongly recommend fish, pizza, penoni and please try the cocktails at the bar ! Lovely lounge music, dreamy location, perfect service. I loved it !
