We are a family orientated restaurant located in East Melbourne, just a few steps away from the CBD. Serving up traditional and appetizing italian cuisine in an intimate and cosy setting.
Landamark italian restaurant and fuction room (est. 1983) in East Melbourne, a stone's throw away from the MCG and the sport's entertaining precint. We have a loyal customer base and real honest italian food and a family friendly atmosphere that makes Il Duca feel like a home away from home.     The food was authentic Italian with fresh ingredients and overall outstanding. The waitstaff very friendly and service was excellent. We’ll be back when next in Melbourne.

    Had a great pre game meal at I’l Duca on Saturday afternoon, prior to the football. Friendly efficient waitress, despite being very busy was very welcoming. Our set menu was delicious, and everyone at my table commented on the quality of their chosen meal. We will certainly be back.

    It was ok, we had a set menu because of the football and when we have eaten here previously the food was fabulous. The main course was good but the entree was all fried on a platter to share, nothing healthy at all. A fried prawn, fried piece of calamari, a piece of sausage and a mushroom - not great, would definitely recommend this restaurant but it's not great for a set menu.

    Early dinner for pre-footy final was a bit rushed so look forward to a longer stay next time. No complaints !
