Step inside Il Fornaio and take a culinary journey through Italy. Early mornings bring rustic, crisp crusted bread hot from the oven accompanied by the scent of fresh brewed espresso. During lunch and dinner hours, pastas and flavorful sauces simmer while meats and vegetables roast over hot coals. Bottles of wine from small, regional wineries are uncorked to complement the dishes, which have been crafted in the custom of Italy's chefs, bakers and homemakers.

I wish I could write a better review. Two members of my family were ill after eating. The pizza I was served was cold and for a Margherita Pizza was really a basic cheese pizza. Waiter was way overwhelmed. Just disappointed

My wife and I were extremely disappointed. We’ve been to IL Fornaio restaurants in San Diego and enjoyed an amazing experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The service was sub-par and nearly rude. The food was very poor quality. I had the filet and it was very dry and over cooked. No bread was offered to the table. No special water was offered. Room temperature warm water was delivered and dropped off at the table without a word. We didn’t mind that the bread wad a small extra charge as most restaurants are doing that now. But we had to ask for it. The cosmopolitan martini was also room temperature and watered down. Do Not go here and expect the same experience as other IL Fornaio restaurants!

We love this place. We stayed at the New York, New York last time here and had a beautiful dinner. Our experience was again very good. Food was great! I had the shrimp and scallops with a lobster sauce and it was lovely. My husband had the gnocchi, my friend had the margherita pizza, and her husband had a pasta. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The bread was very, very good. Ambience is very important to me, and it was perfect. What I was especially impressed by was the staff. Every single person was helpful and smiling. You don’t find that in too many places anymore. Can’t wait to come back here!

Birthday celebration before a show. Wonderful minestrone soup that tasted like Mom’s. Very flavorful insalata regina. Fabulous gelato dessert. Out in time to catch our show. Waitstaff were friendly and so efficient.

I sat in the bar area for Happy Hour at a low top and ended up eating dinner there. The service was great, the food was very good, and it wasn’t overly loud.

We were regulars every visit to Vegas pre-covid, often eating several nights. Not so much now..... Salad drown in dressing Pizza, undercooked and average tasting Ravioli, sauce was very nice. Filling was surprisingly non-descript for the sausage in the ingredients. Served medium warm. Service was overly condescending. Too many 'I can describe anything on the menu for you.' Overall a disappointing average experience.
