Step inside Il Fornaio and take a culinary journey through Italy. Early mornings bring rustic, crisp crusted bread hot from the oven accompanied by the scent of fresh brewed espresso. During lunch and dinner hours, pastas and flavorful sauces simmer while meats and vegetables roast over hot coals. Bottles of wine from small, regional wineries are uncorked to complement the dishes, which have been crafted in the custom of Italy's chefs, bakers and homemakers.

Great service, great food, and beautiful atmosphere. Food is affordable and great portions for the price. They went above and beyond for my fiancé’s birthday celebration!

Good food served hot. Excellent pasta. We sat in the outer portion which is essentially in the middle of the casino, so people watching was interesting. Lots of ambient noise, including screaming from the roller coaster that travels overhead a ways down from the restaurant.

Expected more. We enjoy fine dining especially in Vegas.. we’ve been to prime and smith and wollensky for reference. This establishment was decently rated so we booked. It’s very loud as it’s in an open location on the New York New York floor. It looked like a diner vs a nice restaurant. The staff was great and accommodating. Menu looked promising but fell flat. The pasta wasn’t great. The bruschetta was too salty. The minestrone was good. The roasted cauliflower was good too. Chicken parm was alright. I’ve definitely had far superior Italian food. My husband ordered the seafood fettuccine and barely touched it. The fettuccine was not good at all, the seafood was ok. For the price we paid $300 with gratuity, I expected a far better dining experience. My advice is to save your money and find a better place to dine.

Great customer service and fantastic ford. Next time, I'll request inside due to the noise of the indoor casino when eating on their patio area.

Very good food. Excellent staff. A bit $$$ for Italian food. But it is in a casino, so it wasn’t a surprise. Overall very good experience.
