    Imasa has provided me and my family a wonderful experience. All their staffs are super friendly and polite. I made the booking online and checked the box of occasion as "birthday" as we were celebrating my husband's birthday on that day. I didn't request the restaurant to do anything and didn't expect any birthday offer from the restaurant, but surprisingly, the restaurant has arranged a birthday appetizer and dessert to welcome and end our lunch perfectly. I really appreciated their gesture and will come back again next time not only for the food but people!

    I have to write a compliment to the girl who helps for bill arrangement for me. Thanks for helping me get the bill and so, i can arrange settlement as definitely i would like to treat my friend and more importantly, the way you present yourself in getting the bill is very good and also makes people feel very comfortable.     At 12:00pm on August 15th the male toilet located next to the Imasa restaurant. The male toilet attendat was totally occupied with his mobile phone. No greetings upon arrival nor departure. He was so occupied with his mobile phone without opening the faucet nor providing hand towel to he guests. He didn't bother to open the door to the guests either . Lodged the complaint to the staff at Imasa restaurant. The staff replied by it's difficult to employ the staff lately. Very disappointed with this kind of excuses . The Management should look into this seriously before the guests will not return in the future with this poor services and attitude of the staff.

    The staff was very helpful and enthusiastic. We went there for a birthday and they prepared an extra small cake for us at no charge. Food was very good.
