We were so looking forward to going here for my daughter‘s birthday based on what we’ve seen online. The venue is cold and the food wasn’t much warmer. We bought the sushi and Tapas deal for all you can eat for 90 minutes about £39 each. The selection wasn’t great and for the better ones you needed to pay an extra £1.50 to £3 for each dish which defeats the object. The table games were good, but my daughter’s spot was out of sync so that was frustrating for her to play the games and pick things off the menu. Online the food option stated it was a mixture of Thai, Japanese and Korean. It was definitely no Thai food amongst the plates that we could choose from. The flavours were not very authentic with some dishes tasting just like others. Although the service was very quick, the decor was very low budget, it was cold and no atmosphere. when the bill came, they charge an extra £2.50 for the license of having the games on the table. I could not believe we would be charged for the animation licence, surely that should be what the company pay out of their own pocket as it’s supposed to be a part of the attraction that gets people to come and eat there! I asked them to remove this charge and the service charge as the total bill for the deal plus a juice and water was £102. I could’ve eaten at a far better quality restaurant in the warmth for this money! Definitely wasn’t worth the money which is so disappointing as we were really looking forward to going there. might be better in a larger group but you couldn’t play the games against other people on the table so maybe not!

Mainly good experience for me as a meat eater, however, my fiance is a vegetarian. She ordered vegetable yaki udon, but was given prawn yaki udon. When given to our table we was told it was veggie. As someone that is vegetarian for religious reasons, this is unacceptable. Other than that, music was good, interactive tables are a good idea for the gaming element but are also a bit fidgity and longer winded for ordering. The downstairs area was colder than it should be. Good was fairly priced and the meat options were good, I had a wagyu burger with spiced fries, the fries being especially good.

Just want to share our amazing experience at Inamo: We had the unlimited sushi & drinks, food was great, but what made it better was our waiter Arnold (soho branch), he was super attentive and made our dinner a great experience. Thank you 😊

Screen laggy and glitchy. Needed resetting twice and difficult to use. Quite fun though and kids will love it.

Great food/atmosphire! Only let down was no kids menu available even though website states kids menu available till 5.30 and we were there at 5pm.. so ended up quite pricey for my daughters 6th birthday…

Limited choice of food for a NYE dîner. This limited choice makes it an expensive experience as far as the event and the variety of food is concerned The interactive tables are bugging a lot. It is almost impossible to play, even to place an order. No special atmosphère for NyE, no dessert proposal. I really would have prefer spend the money in a basic streetfood and spare thé différence to pay a ticket for the London fireworks.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience this evening. Having visited this place nearly 15 years ago, this was very disappointing. Restaurant got stuck in time, and technology is not up to current standards. I had to change tables due to system re starting and during dinner kids could not really engage in anything as games and system didn’t really work in a table set up. Ended up with kids asking for iPhone or iPad to actually getting entertained, meaning we paid a lot, food was far from great and we were quite frustrated.
