We did not get the type of table we booked. The system should not allow for selection of a standard table for two if that is not the option we will get. It was also too noisy - the description of INCA does not provide that ‘Club loud’ type of place yet we were seeking a conversation enabling dinner experience. We left for a different restaurant in the same hotel though- ratings for the other areas …food, etc can be ignored

Food is good. Service needs to be more attentive. Waited too long before we were given water, or any attention.

Great view and atmosphere. I little bit pricy with main courses at 30 USD which is rather expensive in Kenya.

Keep doing well it in terms but you have to pay some attention and care on service

It was honestly a good night mostly because of the atmosphere. The service was lacking and though I made a booking they did not have my table

We had the carnivore platter. The food was well cooked and delicious though the pork ribs were a tad oily. Best cow hearts I've ever eaten! The music was delightful. A good mix of the old and new. The creative addition of a live drummer working with the dj was a special touch. Took some time to get the attention of the servers when we wanted dessert. Overall terrific experience and will definitely be back!

My experience at INCA was not good this time. I'm vegetarian and my friend is not. We had gone there for dinner. Not only was the service exceptionally slow, when the time came for dinner to be served, my friend got his food first, and only at this time was I informed that the ingredients for the meal I had ordered were not available. My new order then took an hour before it was served, and by this time, my friend had long had his dinner. This was a pathetic display of hospitality. The meals should've been served at the same time, and I should have been informed of the lack of available ingredients earlier.

DJ needs to lower the music a bit and get a better speaker that doesn't have so much static sound.
