The experience is elevated dining in a sleek and modern décor by NY designer Thom Felicia. We feature open air dining with a romantic view unique to the resort. The menu focuses on ‘new Caribbean’ cuisine with dishes that are light and delicious packed with lots of flavor with island inspiration. Infiniti highlights fresh ingredients and a menu that will comfort guests with items like jerk chicken or a Dungeness crab toast and satisfy with savory tamarind roasted salmon and grilled TCI spiny lobster (when in season) to name a few. Ceviches and sashimi style crudos are paired with local ingredients and asian inspired sauces to create a unique experience for Providenciales. Start with a mahi mahi ceviche in a thai red curry sauce before trying the sensational angus beef tartare with tobikko caviar.

                                  The place has a beautiful view, definitely go during sunset. Two different wait staffs came over as they didn’t know who was taking care of us. The oysters weren’t great in our opinion bc they’re not like the ones we’re used to, but I’m sure they’d be good for someone who wants a different flavor. The organic kale salad with almonds was excellent. Our filet was small and over seasoned. The NY strip bone-in for one was $168 so we decided to pass. Management came over to check on us which was nice. Waiter seemed disappointed when we didn’t order dessert.

                                  The hostess was very nice and accommodating. Our server Ron was great. Michelande was a delight. Hakeem the manager is wonderful. It was a fabulous evening!
