Just as in Italy where the food is genuine and locally sourced, you'll find the same at Intero with farm-to-table Italian cuisine. At its core, the concept behind Italian cooking stems from necessity and gratitude for regionally available ingredients. Intero, translating to “whole’’ in Italian, embraces this concept utilizing local ingredients from their entirety, paired with traditional Italian techniques and cooking sensibilities. This naturally sustainable approach allows for innovative, yet familiar dishes that highlight the seasonal availability of what’s grown and raised in Texas.

Additionally, Intero provides an authentic nod to the sweet side of Italy offering specialty house-made artisan chocolates (including truffles, barks, and sipping chocolate) along with other traditional Italian desserts in classic, seasonal and unique flavors.

Creative cocktails (Down the Rabbit Hole delightfully looks like a carrot, tastes utterly unique and smooth), and tough to go wrong with any of the small plates (don't ignore the simplicity of focaccia and ricotta, it's superb). Smoked rabbit rigatoni is outta this world.

Chandler was an awesome waiter and the staff treated us so kindly for our first time & anniversary. They made it extremely special for us and we felt so welcomed. On top of it all, the food rocked!! Thank you, Intero!!

Our entire experience was great from beginning to end. Each dish we got, from appetizer to dessert, was phenomenal. You can tell that the owners and chefs care for the quality of food they serve, and you taste it in the meals. We will absolutely be dining here again.

Spending special occasion evenings at Intero has become a tradition for us. The place has a special Je ne sais quoi. Usually we go for dessert and drinks though we've had supper a couple of times. The staff is amazing, sweet and accommodating but also there's that unique something about Intero that is hard to articulate. But each time has been memorable. There's a low-key vibe yet every aspect speaks of quality without pretense. The golden and hand-decorated chocolates are a must have and who else serves Amari flights? All we can do is thank Intero for those really special times that we will always recall fondly.

Our first time visiting and the food and service was outstanding. One of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time. We will be back. Chocolates were amazing too.

Intero was amazing! The staff is incredible, the ambience is lovely, the food is more than delicious! We enjoyed every moment of our experience! I highly recommend! The carpaccio was better than what I recently had in Italy!!! Seriously!!

This was our second time at Intero and it did not disappoint!! We had Amanda as our service who was absolutely phenomenal! She gave amazing recommendations and make our experience there that much better. We loved their hand made pasta and delicious appetizers and desserts. Definitely a must restaurant here in Austin! 10/10!

Absolutely amazing! The appetizers were just as wonderful as the food. We all got a different pasta & they were all delicious. Can’t wait to come back for the pizzas! The bruschetta is not to be missed!
