Welcome to Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant in Newark, where you'll find fresh handcrafted beers, creative yet informal New American Cuisine & friendly & attentive service in a casual, upscale atmosphere.
We've been voted Best Overall Restaurant and Best Brewpub by the readers of Delaware Today.

Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant is a non-smoking environment, with smoking allowed in designated outdoor areas only, however cigar & pipe smoking is prohibited. Reservations & "Call Aheads" are accepted for lunch & dinner seven days a week. We accept all major credit cards & are handicapped accessible.

Menu is limited but both the pizza and cheesesteak rolls were excellent as well as the winter warmer beverage! Very cold in the restaurant and parking is a barrier but worth it

The Iron Hill Brewery, in either location, is one of our favorite places for a casual meal. The menu is varied and the food always good. Their rewards program is also one of the better ones around. Their Cheese steak egg rolls are delicious, as are the burgers. Just tried their new eggplant appetizer and it was really tasty.

I lived in DE many years ago. I was there when Iron Hill opened. It was my favorite restaurant then and it is still up to that high standard. Everything was as I remembered; lovely atmosphere, good service and great food. Thank you not changing over all these years.

We were lucky we had made reservations in advanced because the place was jamming. Even so the service was outstanding and so was the food and everything came out promptly.

Iron Hill Brewery in Newark, DE, was a very pleasant experience. The food was very good. Portions were moderate given the price. The salmon dish was excellent. A real highlight was our server, Alyssa, who went out of her way to make sure everything was pleasant and ran smoothly. Not a lot of ambient noise, which was good. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. We would happily return.
