We’re bringing the best of local purveyors and ranchers to the table, showcasing premium cuts of Wagyu and Angus beef. Our expert butchers from Pullman Market will be on-site to break down the cattle, sharing their knowledge of the ethical farming practices that ensure the highest quality meat. It's a unique opportunity to get an insider's look at the care and craftsmanship that goes into every cut. Enjoy a variety of expertly crafted dishes from stations throughout the restaurant, each highlighting different cuts and preparations of our top-tier beef. Pair these with our carefully selected house cocktails and wines, all included in the experience. $125 per guest includes all food, drinks, and a front-row seat to the craftsmanship behind some of the finest beef Texas has to offer. Join us for a 5 course menu and wine pairing at Isidore with Texas winemaker Doug Lewis of Lewis Wines. Chef Ian Lanphear will be creating 5 courses to pair with Doug's beautiful wines and Doug will be guiding guests through a tasting experience.
