Islands Fish Grill is focused on what the restaurant is known for – serving up high-quality fresh fish, mainly caught off the shores of Florida, prepared in a variety of unique and creative ways. Chef Jared and Chef Nate filet fish daily to ensure only the freshest fish is brought your table. They pride themselves in pairing bright, colorful sides to enhance the natural flavor profile of the seafood. Less than a block from the beach, the casual atmosphere, and friendly service makes the experience complete. Fresh Fish, Florida Beer and Friendly Service makes for a great dining experience.

We have the perfect space for your private event! You will work directly with our head chefs and event coordinator to create your ideal menu, plus we have two separate dining areas to fit your party. Our "Wine Cellar on the Beach" can host events up to 18 people for an intimate gathering, or you have the option to rent the entire restaurant for special events. From baby showers to receptions to family reunions and beyond, we've got the space and menu. We can also do full service event planning, including the flowers, decorations. We want to make your event easy and enjoyable!

Wonderful food. Consistently good service. A local gem! Onion-Crusted Mahi Mahi, Jerked Mahi Mahi, Onion-Crusted Snapper... all with fried spinach and the Chef's grits. Miles was an exceptional server. Cannot recommend more highly.

Very welcoming environment. Friendly staff that explain the menu that changes regularly. All fish is fresh catch and goes fast! Around 6:30 there were only 4 servings of grouper left. Highly recommend a 5:30 (opening) reservation. The restaurant was full by 6:30pm. All of the food we had was very flavorful! Fried spinach was unique and tasty.

Excellent food, and Matthew was top notch. Noise was a little distracting especially for those with hearing aids. Would highly recommend!!! Will be back.

Fresh fish served daily. Onion crusted is absolutely delicious. Never disappoints! Grits and fried spinach are amazing as well.

The onion crusted corvina was excellent. Crispy crust and tender. Fried spinach is an experience...though I'm not sure how nutritional it really is 😊 Waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. I'd definitely go again. They only have beer and wine...so my friend was disappointed not to have her cocktail...

Small, storefront restaurant in Melbourne. Tables are close together increasing the noise and decreasing privacy. However, the food more than makes up for this. This place is known for fresh caught fish and it was outstanding. We had the golden tilefish and the Mahi Mahi and both dishes were superb. Service was very good. We did not have dessert. If you are in the area and want great fish, give Islands a try. You will not be disappointed.
