OpenTable美食編輯： This three time Hale 'Aina Award-winning spot, one of the rare Turkish restaurants in all of Hawaii, comes from mother and daughter duo Nili Yildirim and Ahu Hettema, who recreate foods from their homeland. Go for the meze platters that look like works of art filled with dips, phyllo pastries, and sourdough pide and pair it with larger plates of local seafood and lamb chops all served in a a rustic space filled with colorful tagines and hanging herbs. Round out your meal with one of the exciting Mediterranean-inspired cocktails.

    Been to Istanbul three times and it never disappoints. Enjoyed the meze platter with friends followed by the lamb chops and kebabs for all of us. Great service where we weren’t rushed and could enjoy good food and good company. Highly recommend.

    We‘ve been there multiple times, but today’s foods were phenomenal! Everything tastes better than last time we visited. Other things are we always ordered, but tagliatelle was first time. I love the shrimp texture. Near perfection of firmness. Feel very fresh. Zhoug sauce is spicy and delicious. Everything was tasty and we were very satisfied.

    Great experience as always. Food great, service great. We sat outdoors and noise was minimal even with street traffic.

    Long waits for servicing food. Service slow & not responsive. Almost canceled Dessert. For food quality and cocktails we feel Istanbul is not memorable. Party of 6 at 5:30PM reservation.
