Service was great. Disappointed with the food especially the price they charged for. expecting a little different that you can’t and it at home. Risotto balls were over fried and can hardly taste the the risotto and the pesto. The belgian waffle was an ordinary thin waffle and the chicken tenders were frozen tyson tenders . Very disappointed!!!!

I was looking for a nice place to take my sister and her husband. This place did not disappoint. The ambience was beautiful. The waiter was amazing. Since we were new to ITA kitchen, he explained everything on the menu with ease and answered all of our questions. The food was delicious. I will be returning to this place for dinner well worth my money and time.

First time visiting, with my daughter who suggested we go. The vibe is amazing, the food is delicious.

The service in this location was lacking quite a bit , but not terrible. Food was top tier as usual, but your better off going to the OG Bay Shore location

Absolutely fantastic food and staff! Couldn’t be better. Staff was super attentive and friendly. Food was outstanding!

Terrible experience. Very rude hostess when asked to switch our table and the manager was even worse! We got up and left!

Excellent food and service. Very unique and tasty food. A delightful twist on classic Italian dishes. We enjoyed our dinner very much.

Our waiter Gavin was exceptional. He was personable, attentive and professional. The manager was wonderful as well. Food was very good. Tables are a little close together. Would have liked a little more space, but not a deal breaker. Overall a very positive experience. We had a fantastic dinner!
