I did not see Andrew (staff) and the General Manager smile during our stay. We talked to them to ask for something, take our orders, but no smile was given. We were there at 7 PM. I amy understand if they are tired, but it is your job. Fake smile would do, as long as you show some smile to your customers, it could mean a lot to them and it will result in a positive dining and customer service experience.
Food is always great here.
