Located on the third floor of B.B. King's Blues Club overlooking historic Beale Street you will find Itta Bena "A unique delta experience". Whether entering from our private Second Street entrance or walking through the secret hall from inside B.B. King's Blues Club, Itta Bena is sure to capture your senses. The experience is further heightened when you step inside and find yourself surrounded by rich wood floors, vaulted ceilings, deep golden hued chandeliers and the faint sound of the bustling street below. Touching all the senses, we enrich your evening by offering a delta inspired menu of robust flavors and clean presentation.                     It was overall an ok experience. The culinary skills and execution was far beneath the price of the menu. The service was decent. Lamb Lollipops is one of my favorite first course dishes… what they served us was not lamb lollipops it was just a rack of lamb sliced with a very excessive amount of over powering sauce and way to much feta cheese. Risotto wasn’t cooked properly at all, but the Sea-bass was cooked perfectly just under seasoned. Overall wouldn’t revisit, but not so bad I was enraged at having to pay my check.

                    Great atmosphere, attentive service, really solid food. Brussels sprouts were lacking char/crunch like we’d prefer, but flavor was good. Chicken and short rib entrees were very enjoyable.

                    Amazing dining experience! Highly recommend this great restaurant hidden away on top of BB King’s blues club on Beale Street! Lovely old time atmosphere with incredible food and service! Best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had! Great shrimp chowder and my husband literally sucked the bones of his lamb chops. Go … you won’t regret it!

                    Hands down, some of the best food I’ve had this year, even though the year just started. Itta Bena, is located in Downtown Memphis on Beale Street (at the top of BB Kings) . They serve Southern American dishes. Ambiance, is both romantic and casual. They had live jazz playing the night we attended. We went for my husband 48th Birthday. Menu has several options to choose from Steaks, Chicken, Seafood, etc. We ordered the crab dip for starters, it was a great choice- cheesy and flavorful and I enjoyed it. Taste of the short rib was my husbands favorite, it has a red wine based gravy. And the mashed potatoes and asparagus was very tasty and perfectly prepared. I went for the Salmon, lightly seared and seasoned but the capers sauce top it off for me (ask for extra) it was my favorite. The green bean was just okay (not a fan) but the rice was very good. Plenty of people ordered the She Crab soup, I’ll be back for that one. The Service was good too, just not everyone seems to be in a good spirit though, that’s my reasoning for 4 star. Overall this place Impressed me. Recommendations for the cocktails, The Sidecar. Absolutely the best cocktail thus far…

                    Itta Bena has an elegant ambiance, but the overall dining experience was just okay. The menu felt limited, which made it hard to find something truly exciting. Portions were on the smaller side, leaving us wanting more for the price. The bread pudding, a dish I was looking forward to, was disappointing—it was raw on the bottom, which made it unappetizing. While the staff was polite and attentive, the food quality didn't meet expectations. If you're looking for atmosphere, Itta Bena might work, but for a memorable meal, there are likely better options in Memphis.

                    My husband and I ate here to celebrate our anniversary. Upon arrival, we were seated in a private room. The service was great, and the food was delicious! I had the She Crab Soup and the Pork Chop Tomahawk.
