We’d gone there for a cooking class a couple of days earlier and were eager to try out their versions of several authentic Mayan dishes they taught us to make. Ours were pretty good, mostly because Chef Juan was a fine teacher. Theirs were exquisite.

Lovely food and service. Be prepared that the main protein in most of the dishes is pork. The tortillas are absolutely different from any other tortilla. You can tell that the food is prepared in very authentic traditional Mayan ways. The drinks are also unique delicious and interesting. Highly recommend.
