We often make reservations for dinner on this date. My husband normally comes to town to visit his employees. Then he sends us to dinner to keep the kids entertained and joins later. Eagar was nice but he didn’t refill our drinks or check on the table. Antonio was very attentive to offer to go plates and help assist. My husband normally impressed with the restaurant but he was not impressed with service. My husband wanted to order an alcoholic beverage but wasn’t provided the opportunity. I don’t want to be at Ernest Orleans Maybe Next Year! Overall the kids always enjoy the experience.

Our waiter was horrible and is very non attentive and non existent. We have had him the last two times we have gone and he never gets any better. $230 for a margarita, two teas, crab meat augratin, a steak, two augratin potatoes, and a caesar salad he never brought to the table, i had to get another waiter to retrieve it because he was “nowhere to be found all night”. Still left him a $50 tip 🤦🏻‍♂️

Food was excellent, waiter very professional and personable, bar service was a bit slow. Will definitely return!

Wow, some of the best food we’ve ever tasted! We had the crab claws, tuna, pork tenderloin, ribeye and for desert, the bread pudding. Cleveland was a wonderful waiter. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
