I can’t say enough about all the staff we encountered, everyone was cheerful and amazing. Service was altogether great! Our food, to include appetizers, all arrived with perfect timing. Our crab cakes tasted wonderful, there are two per order which worked for my wife and I. The Greek salad was deconstructed (separated all ingredients on the plate) which made it a little strange to eat but it tasted okay. The dinner entrees were presented well but were incredibly bland. The cioppino and Alfredo tortellini were lacking flavor, however the fish and shellfish tasted very fresh. I would absolutely give Jackie Rey’s another shot! As stated above, the staff were to die for. There was no shortage of customers which lends me to believe we may have ordered wrong.

We have been to Jackie Reys before and they never disappoint with their service, food or cocktails. I have the Seafood Trio and my husband had the Seafood Cioppino. as always, excellent experience! Mahalo!

Hoku our server is awesome! Very accommodating and as usual food is delicious! We really like this restaurant. We’ve been coming for years.

The service was very good, there but not pushy. The food was delicious, one of the best meals here in Kona. The desserts were so good and the sampler great for a group to try everything. Would definitely go back there again.

Great food...reasonable prices...good selection of wines, cocktails & food...salad & appetizer-coconut shrimp was enough for me for dinner! Adorable & “kitchy“ bright colors & decorations. Relaxing yet energetic vibe!

This is one of those great restaurants that local go to over and over for wonderful food and service. It does not have that ocean view that can be found in Kailua-Kona but itʻs worth the effort to look up Jackie Reyʻs. The fish, ribs and steaks are all great. We try to go once a month. Prices are reasonable for a fine dining experience.

We've been going to Jackie Rey's for over 10 years. Their food and service quality are great and very consistent. Reasonably priced wine list. We go there every year!
