    I’ve been to Jacoby multiple times over the years and this was my worst experience so far. My server hardly came by even with our drinks completely empty. She broke us the wrong drink and still charged us for it. I walked to the bathroom and saw my order sitting on the counter and then it finally showed up and it was not fresh.

    It was so hard to write this review because we’ve been here quite a bit and enjoyed it, but had awful back to back experiences. Last visit I ordered steak and eggs and as I’m halfway through my steak the server rushes out takes my plate and says steak was not approved by cook and is under. They brought me a new piece however I couldn’t eat it and was turned off. Today I ordered the burger simple enough. Hands down one of the most disgusting things I’ve eaten. Completely raw, and the meat itself did not taste fresh. The server was so amazing I didn’t even mention it to her, but I was absolutely shocked at how bad the meat tasted. Had me in the bathroom since.. unfortunately we will not be returning…

    Good food as usual, my girlfriend’s steak was a little overcooked for a medium rare but I’ll be back!

    While we always enjoy Jacoby’s, today’s brunch was especially yummy. My brother eyed the deviled eggs I ordered for the table suspiciously, then pronounced them the best he’s ever had! My SIL split the patty melt which was so delicious! I never order anything like that but we both loved it. But the best part of all was our superstar server, Milo! What a joy with their smile and attention to detail. Just a darling!

    Dining experience was wonderful! Server was prompt, knew all about the menu, was very kind! Don’t leave without trying the Brussel sprouts…delicious!😀

    We were there for a birthday. Our reservations were for 5 pm. However we arrived just before. As we got there the whole place was just opening up. Even the front door was still locked. We did not have to wait more than 5-10 minutes outside on the patio. However, we did spend

    Great, relaxed atmosphere with a chic vibe. Dinner was delicious and the strawberry cake lived up to the hype! Our waitress, Ella, was so nice and helped us celebrate our 2 birthday girls with a a card on the table and candles in the cup cakes!

    We had a party of 7 and sat outside. Beautiful weather, night, & ambience. Service was great. Food was okay. I haven’t been to Jacoby’s in a while and not a beef eater. But friends that had butchers cut, rib eye, and steaks thought meat was overcooked. Salmon and chicken ordered were also overcooked. Overpriced for quality of food
