Expérience catastrophique pour la Saint-Valentin ! Sans exagération, Jacopo Montréal nous a gâché notre soirée. L’attente entre les plats était interminable : 45 minutes ! De plus, la soupe imposée dans le menu était une véritable déception : quatre nouilles dans de l’eau, sans saveur. Franchement, pas bon du tout ! Pourtant, ce n’était pas ma première visite et j’avais toujours été satisfaite. Mais après cette expérience, une chose est sûre : je ne reviendrai plus pour une occasion spéciale.

The worst worst worst experience ever very bad menu decision the kitchen had a problem for over one hour every one around us waited like us for the food and we talked to people every one was so disappointed after getting the food so late it was not even tasty we didn’t touch it the appetizers were bad the soup was a joke of the night not even one person apologized for the mess seen managers leaving at least 3 in the middle of all that mess what a bad management very disappointing when it’s a restaurant that we go at least 2 times a month but unfortunately not anymore they screwed up our special night

Service excellent ! Très bon accord mets et vin ! Grosse soirée pour la saint Valentin donc laissait peu de place à l’intimité.

Went for the Valentine’s menu. It was pretty good, but overpriced. We definitely got a laugh out of the eight tortellinis in a bowl of broth. It was tasty but I would recommend snacking before you go.

Très belle expérience au restaurant Jacopo. Les assiettes étaient aussi belles que bonnes, ce fut un vrai régal. Le service était très courtois, sympathique et professionnel. Le restaurant est un peu bruyant mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer une bonne soirée. Je recommande vivement d’essayer la Jacopo!

Great atmosphere and service and the food was delicious! The fresh Italian bread made the bruschetta taste great. We had e spaghetti and gnocchi and I recommmend both. The tiramisu was a generous portion of deliciousnsss. Thanks to Laura who made sure everything was to our liking and provided excellent service.
