Founded in 1971, Jade Garden, Maxim's Chinese Cuisine's longest standing flagship brand, was named after the verdant bamboo groves that inspired the Cantonese restaurant chain. Since some 40 years ago, countless diners pass through bamboo-adorned doors and had their first taste of Cantonese dim sum, and together with our seasoned chefs ushered in the modern era of Hong Kong "yum-cha" culture.
