    Our family loves Jake's for Christmas dinner each and every year. It's a tradition we will hold as long as we're still here. Beautiful, fresh food and a wonderful server. Thank you for this culinary experience.

    Super busy on Christmas... at least if your reservations were between 3:00 and 4:00. They also didn't stage the tables well. Our server told us they gave her 5 tables all at once. It was almost a half hour after being seated before she even took our drink orders. We were done with appetizers before our meal order was taken. Other than the length of time it took to be served and waiting for water to be refilled, dinner was good. Calamari and Brie were our appetizers... the cloves of garlic with the brie were spot on. One daughter had the stuffed salmon that she enjoyed. My other daughter, mom, and I had different fettuccine. Mine was salmon and wild mushrooms, and the salmon was in decent sized chunks. My boyfriend had steak, which he said was the perfect medium rare. All in all it was a wonderful meal.

    Fantastic drinks, food, ambience, and service. Easily found room at the bar while waiting for our table, as we arrived 30 minutes early. Nice place to celebrate Christmas without all the brouhaha, as we are still grieving the loss of my husband/her father.

    Jake’s is always wonderful. Our service was impeccable and the food very good. It was noisy because it was packed due to it being Christmas. Loved our handsome waiter.

    Tatum was our server on Christmas Day, and she her service was beyond exceptional! She was very attentive and helpful, very friendly, and we couldn’t be more appreciative to have had such a wonderful experience. She was fantastic. The food was amazing, as it always is. We were very impressed with everything we ordered. From the experimental cocktails to the chef’s recommendations, everything was spot on. Jake’s will always be our go to for Christmas, and top of the list for special occasions.

    The food was great. The hostess was so rude and another older lady who runs food was mean and snapped at my kid and my husband. She checked on every table around us but ours. The hostess shouldn’t work in a stressful environment if she has no customer service skills. Our waitress was good. Food was good but will never go back.

    Christmas Eve at Jake's has been a tradition in our family for thirty years or more. It used to be that we would arrive for our reservation and be seated within ten minutes. But the last three or four years we've had to stand in the doorway and dodge the poor servers and wait and wait. This Christmas we were a few minutes early but our wait was 50 minutes with a toddler and baby (who handled it well) but it was difficult for all of us to stay out of the way. We even waited outside for part of it. I'd like to see Jake's build more time into each reservation so this doesn't happen. Our reservation was at 6 and we had the big wait, so I can't imagine how behind they were for the later diners. The food is delicious, we always love our meals, but said to each other this might be the end of a tradition.
