    Our family loves Jake's for Christmas dinner each and every year. It's a tradition we will hold as long as we're still here. Beautiful, fresh food and a wonderful server. Thank you for this culinary experience.

    Jake’s is always wonderful. Our service was impeccable and the food very good. It was noisy because it was packed due to it being Christmas. Loved our handsome waiter.

    Tatum was our server on Christmas Day, and she her service was beyond exceptional! She was very attentive and helpful, very friendly, and we couldn’t be more appreciative to have had such a wonderful experience. She was fantastic. The food was amazing, as it always is. We were very impressed with everything we ordered. From the experimental cocktails to the chef’s recommendations, everything was spot on. Jake’s will always be our go to for Christmas, and top of the list for special occasions.

    The food was great. The hostess was so rude and another older lady who runs food was mean and snapped at my kid and my husband. She checked on every table around us but ours. The hostess shouldn’t work in a stressful environment if she has no customer service skills. Our waitress was good. Food was good but will never go back.

    You’ll find the food at Jake’s is something very special with dishes you will not find anywhere else. The Crab Sauté is a family favorite and has blown away many a guest that we’ve brought from out of town. I had the bouillabaisse last night and it too was amazing. The local Steelhead has several award winning variations. The appetizers are also wonderful. The drinks are special too. Go—you won’t be disappointed!!

    Festive vibe and they accommodated our change in party size very professionally. Lots of service people but they seemed to be running around chaotically. I know it is a busy time of year and probably needed lots of extra help. Our waitress was fine but absent. Also I would make sure every waiter has a CLEAN, pressed WHITE shirt on…some looked professional and our looked like she needed a new shirt….i would avoid the warm seafood tower and it is 1/3 cheese…snails were good…the Dungeness crab salad needs a refresh…slopped some shredded crab mixed with dressing on top of the lettuce and threw on two tiny crab legs…not what I remembered…charge more and make it terrific. They did not have much Oregon Pinot wine in stock and we had to go to our third choice. We had fun but the quality of Jake’s Famous has declined…sorry to report

    After work dinner with friends. Not a celebration dinner just in for a good meal. As alway the service was excellent, impressive as it was packed on this Thursday night. We enjoyed four good meals, especially the crab salad, and seafood pasta. The “Crab Stuffed Salmon” was the dish to skip, it was ok, but lacked seasoning and a bit watery. Try the horseradish encrusted instead. Don’t leave without a bite of cheesecake, it’s excellent. If you have not been back to downtown, it’s time to recover the West End. It’s back, fun and safe! Jake’s is a perfect stop.
