    The food and service are good, but it’s extremely overpriced. Portions are tiny—for example, the $6 tuna and avocado cone is smaller than a pinky. Spending $150 per person is unacceptable when multiple menu items are unavailable. Both the grouper and sea bass, the only cooked fish options, were out of stock, as were the romaine hearts. This lack of preparation is disrespectful to customers. If key dishes are unavailable, diners should be informed before ordering drinks, allowing them to decide whether to stay or leave.

    Below average experience. The service was terrible, after an hour and a half wait the waitress had not put in the order correctly so there was no food for me; another person at our table ordered “The Experience” all the plates came randomly, without explanation or without waiting for the person to finish the dish before bringing 3-4 plates at a time. Super unpleasant, noisy, long wait, food was no big deal. Definitely, will NOT return.

    Very good food … everything we ordered was totally delicious. Incredible service and wonderful ambience. A dinner date night that we will always remember!

    Work on timing for the tasting experience. We had multiple courses at the same time then we waited extended periods in between other courses. Food was just ok. Mussels were a huge miss!

    Good option for Disney Springs to stay away from burgers and bbq. Just order different tapas dishes one after the other. Good Spanish wines as well

    Truly fabulous food, visit after visit. We're vegetarians (lacto-ovo; that is, dairy and eggs are OK), and Jaleo offers plenty for us. N.B.: I rated the sound level as "quiet," but we visited during the slack time between lunch and dinner. When full, the dining room can be fairly noisy.

    Overall i had a great experience. Food and drinks were good. Our waiter Jorge had grear recommendations. Also Fran helping with the service was nice and welcoming. However a would recommend reinforcement on the hostess. They are the first encounter with you. Our hostess was cold and seems to be annoyed by us. No smile or welcoming attitude. A must in a restaurant like yours.
