Jame is Jackson and Melissa Kalb's first restaurant, focused on Southern Italian cooking and way of life. Jame's vision is to use local, market-driven ingredients to create delicious and unique Italian dishes. This is particularly true in the hand-rolled pastas, but is also seen in other popular dishes like the crispy brussels sprouts, kale salad, and Crispy Braised "Coop's" pork shank. It was a nice lunch. I did love the kale salad but the pasta was very spicy. I would not order it again. The wait staff was not helpful in helping us pick anything out.

I'm giving this restaurant a 5 start review because of the overall experience. I took my wife there for her birthday recently. I used open table to make the reservation and added in the note it was my wife's birthday. When we arrived, the hostess was very pleasant and seated us. Our server, Artemio, came out and greeted up with some complimentary champagne in celebration of my wife. We ordered our appetizers, meatballs(Grade: B), and chips and dip(Grade: B). He recommended a wonderful drink for my wife, the Genet Agonafer(Grade: A). He best recommendation was for the pasta! I love beef cheeks, but my wife had never eaten it. He recommended the Scarpinocc(Grade: A), which was excellent! For dessert, he recommended their bread pudding or the Nutella Cake. My wife wanted the Nutella Cake. It was so good( Grade: A), and he comped it for my wife's birthday! He later came with a birthday card signed by the entire staff! They made my wife cry. She felt so special, and Artemio was incredible! We will be back, no doubt! This restaurant went above and beyond to make me and my wife's experience incredible. Artemio is a fantastic waiter!

Fabulous restaurant. Outstanding service - friendly, helpful and professional. Delicious salads, apps and entrees. The octopus was so tender and flavorful and the Cacio a Pepe is authentic Italian. Even the cocktails are unique, fun and tasty. Can’t wait to go back!

The food is excellent, but the service could be improved. After waiting for 10 minutes, I had to inquire about our waiter's identity, despite the establishment not being crowded.

We had a wonderful lunch today. The prefix lunch selection was great 👍 we had a kale salad and brussel sprouts for our first course. And capellini and pasta with creamy pepper sauce for the second course. Everything was so delicious. We will be back ❣️

The food was amazing!!! Our only issue was we were seating way way in the back and it was pretty dark as well. With the food being good definitely will come back and hopefully get better seating.

Pasta came out cold unfortunately and was a bit of a bummer. Cold pasta is not the same. Kale salad and key lime pie were delicious.

The stars are always the pastas. Unfortunately there are no great protein entrees or sides. The sausage is salty and chicken is dry and over cooked.

Stopped here only because we were in the area and this place had fairly high ratings. Eating here had made me realize that pasta is inherently becoming this exuberantly overpriced food. The idea of hand-rolled, homemade, etc. pasta doesn’t garner a plate or bowl of pasta to cost $45. It had shaved truffle on it that had no flavor. It was supposed to have sausage in it, but I think they added my portion to my wife’s plate. Overall it was in no way worth $93 for a small loaf of ciabatta, two bowls of pasta, and two tap waters.
