Situated next to the iconic Theatre Royal Drury Lane, Jamie Oliver Catherine St is an elegant oasis in the heart of Covent Garden.

Seasonally changing menus feature signature plates from Jamie’s childhood and years in the kitchen. From a show-stopping seafood cocktail and theatrical roast-chicken sharer to silky fresh pasta and a decadent Snickersphere dessert. All dishes and cocktails are built around carefully-sourced ingredients from the very best British farmers, producers and makers.

With a host of delicious veggie and vegan options and a kids’ menu tailor made for little ones, there’s something to suit all tastes.

The beautiful private dining area seats up to 36 guests and the main restaurant is available for exclusive hire for large parties and corporate events.

With cosy booths, a stunning Art Deco-inspired bar, tranquil indoor garden and sunny terrace this is a truly special place to dine.

From beautiful seafood cocktails and truffled fillet steaks to our delicious mushroom pithivier and outrageous desserts, there’s something for everyone.                       Service was really slow and we kept having to ask the server to refill our waters. He also forgot a coffee that we ended up omitting. The food was good but the porterhouse and pork roasts were very overcooked. We asked for medium rare and they came well done. Maybe they were short staffed and the meat sat under the burners for a while? Sticky toffee pudding for dessert was delectable.

                      The food is very good. We all enjoyed our roasts and the sticky toffee pudding is lovely. To note, we were sat near the street windows of the restaurant and it was cold, this and the service seemed a little chaotic and disorganised has probably dropped this from a 5 star review, but other than that, it was a very nice Sunday lunch

                      Not the Jamie Oliver ‘Sunday Lunch’ we were expecting Our second visit to the Covent Garden restaurant, very disappointed as it was far from his ‘Proper Sunday Lunch’ hype Negative We were expecting to be served from as advertised a vintage serving trolley. We had our meals delivered on plates with the vegetables in a serving dish. The crispy potatoes he prides himself on were like bullets The vegetables were tasteless All the food was lukewarm, by the time we had finished it was cold. Forgot our wine order Positive even though the food was only lukewarm warm, the beef was very good Suggestions ‘Jamie’ if you read these comments you need to get a grip of this restaurant or you will loose this as you have your others. If the serving trolly is only used up to a certain time make it clear on your web site & when a order is placed As Jamie prides himself on his food he needs to take a look at the roast potatoes, tasteless vegetables & make sure they are HOT Suggest the plates are warmed before they come to the table I did speak with the manager explaining the issues who was very apologetic. I would say we were not the only table that had issues with lukewarm meals. The manager on paying the bill did make adjustments.

                      Booked in for Sunday lunch on our day trip to London. Staff was welcoming, the food was amazing. Good value for money imo Thank you to all the staff

                      The restaurant was so beautifully decorated for Xmas! The food was great. The only thing I could say and I am being picky was waited slightly too long for our first drink.

                      Food was good, but service appalling. Ages to get drinks, then each course afterwards. Waiter totally bemused by the idea of a white wine spritzer or a spicy tomato juice. Asked for plain mayo rather than mustard mayo with my scotch egg……waiter insisted I should have both on the side just to try, and then ended up getting just the mustard mayo and no salad??? So tired for all the waiting around we didn’t bother with pudding or more drinks. Had to chase the waiter for the bill repeatedly and ended up going to the bar to pay. Sort it out Jamie.

                      Unfortunately a starter was forgotten, one main course was not cooked correctly and then came back re heated with item missing still. Took nearly 40 minutes for some drinks ordered to turn up after asking several times Manager did reduce the bill but we then noticed that we where being charged for 3 bottles of wine instead of 2 plus the items that never turned up so had to adjust the bill again.
