Our Quickie Bar area features our daily lunch buffet with casual indoor and outdoor seating. It's also available for private parties of any type. Our private dining room is separate and quieter for family dining. Our children's menu is guaranteed to please any picky eater! Our server's name was Sarah and while we were grateful that she checked with the kitchen regarding truly getting a gluten free meal for my wife who is allergic to gluten and was assured that would happen, it didn't and my wife was sick the rest of the night and next couple days due to cross contamination. The very cold food was served on piping hot plates. My burger on a brioche bun was rare, not medium and so many drippy toppings that the bun fell apart when I picked it up. My wife's grilled chicken was so overcooked and dry that it was difficult to cut and the broccoli was so barely cooked as to be almost raw. When I told someone about it they said that's why they only order pizza and drinks. Had we not called in advance regarding my wife's allergy and been assured by the person we spoke with, we wouldn't have tried this restaurant. Needless to say, we won't be back

We made reservations and arrived on time. We were shown to our table and told that a waiter would be right with us. Nobody came to wait on us for over ten minutes. I finally flagged down on if the waiters and asked if he could send over our waiter. He seemed confused but said he would be happy to wait on us. From there on all went well. I think the place is one of those where you order off the menu from a QR code on your handheld, which is fine, but the fellow seating us said nothing about that and that a waiter would come. The food was okay, the menu was far more limited than the menu shown on the website, usual bar food. My son and I wanted NY strip steaks, show on the online menu but settled for Prime Rib. My wife wanted the Strip steak as well but ended up with a pizza, which she enjoyed. It’s a big, cavernous space with tables and booths around the perimeter, and huge TV screens above the seating areas playing all the sports. There is a big bar in the middle of the room. The waiter was friendly and efficient, and the food was good. It wasn’t really the experience we were looking for, maybe we missed something on the website. But overall, we did enjoy our selves.

We've been to Jammers more times than I can count. It's a gorgeous place with amazing food, sometimes it takes a bit to get your food or they are lacking on wait staff that they can't seem to keep ( management seems to be why some have vocalized quitting). The management is seriously lacking any obvious knowledge of restaurant hospitality in this establishment. When you have a reservation that you hold with a credit card you should NEVER be sidelined for well over an hour with no estimated wait time provided by the inexperienced hostesses. One gentleman without a reservation asked for the manager who came out and attended and sat an entirely different party before the multiple groups of people who were put on wait who actually HAD reservations. The hostesses never checked that party off the list and they continued to call the number while we all patiently waited. I've never in my years of being a restaurant reviewer seen such a lack of customer relations. Do better Jammers.. do better.

We love the food here as there is something for everyone but the service is just not great each time we have visited. The hostess should not be greeting anyone as she does not smile and is not pleasant. Once seated it took us 20 minutes to order drinks and never got any refills. Waiter was very nice but just believe they are short staffed. Food is always delicious.

The reservations were easy to make. The hostess was friendly and helpful and seated us right away. Our waitress was friendly and helpful, and frequently checked to see if we needed anything.

I wish I had a better review but it really sucked. We sat at a table and waited 20 min until I physically had to flag someone down to be our waiter. He was nice but it might have been his first night. But he was very nice. Menu is minimal. Food gave me a stomach ache. The place was dead so they definitely weren’t understaffed and over worked. Real bummer cuz we got a babysitter for a nice date night. And it was a waste of money.
