Meaning ‘victory’ in Sanskrit, Jaya was conceived as a celebration of culinary diversity that exalts regional specialties from across Asia. Punctuated by nightly dinner performances in the al fresco courtyard, Executive Chef Vijay Veena’s menu features bold, modern dishes from Thailand, India, China and Japan. Longtime favorites include wok-crafted curries, Jaya’s signature Peking Duck, Truffle Dumplings and Dim Sums.

Enjoy Pan-Asian delights, craft cocktails and exotic stage performances nightly, and at Asian Night Bazaar on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays. Aerial artists, fire shows, and contortionists are just the beginning.

The iconic Weekend Brunches offer a courtyard experience with live music, endless Champagne and sparkling wine from the Louis Roederer collection, RUMOR Rosé or white wine alongside a varied collection of culinary options from across the globe. New brunch offerings include a Peking Duck bar, seafood and premium meats grilled to order, and bespoke cocktails.

Beautiful location and decor, we were greeted warmly at the front desk with a "enjoy your 2 hour dining experience" which caught me off guard but soon discovered that there is a DJ and an aerial artist performing during the dinner experience. However, where we were seated we could not really see the act as we were seated far away with many visual obstacles in the way, despite the restaurant being almost empty. Also part of the 2 hour experience were the constant steam of hotel guests walking through in their sweaty gym clothes or babies in strollers or with pets to the dog park. The Thai inspired menu food was ok; mostly various curried chicken legs and thighs left us wondering where the chicken breasts were kept with the sudden realization that they don't buy the whole bird, just the bits. Ew. Thai chilli beef was tasty but grizzly in parts. The Pad Thai was fine but how can you mess up Pad Thai? Overall, disappointing but lesson learned.

Music is loud so it’s hard to have a conversation. But the great food keeps your mouth occupied as a consolation.

Everything was perfect. The service, food and ambience. I’ve had the opportunity to dine at a lot of places and this by far is one of my favorites. The food was delicious and my drink was memorable.

I made a reservation weeks in advance and asked for the best seat in the house because it’s my daughter’s sweet 16 and they gave us a table in the back corner. Not only was it not by the water (a better seat), but a statue was blocking the entertainment for me and I’m the one paying for the $1,000 plus bill. Disappointing!! I’m not from Miami and came to Miami only for this weekend and out of all the restaurants, I chose this one for my daughter. At least give us a better table and don’t block entertainment from the one person paying the bill.

Great food.amazing show. Wonderful service. Sofia the hostess was very nice, giseli our waitress was knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations. Ian our sommelier was fantastic. We will definitely go back again.
