Meaning ‘victory’ in Sanskrit, Jaya was conceived as a celebration of culinary diversity that exalts regional specialties from across Asia. Punctuated by nightly dinner performances in the al fresco courtyard, Executive Chef Vijay Veena’s menu features bold, modern dishes from Thailand, India, China and Japan. Longtime favorites include wok-crafted curries, Jaya’s signature Peking Duck, Truffle Dumplings and Dim Sums.

Enjoy Pan-Asian delights, craft cocktails and exotic stage performances nightly, and at Asian Night Bazaar on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays. Aerial artists, fire shows, and contortionists are just the beginning.

The iconic Weekend Brunches offer a courtyard experience with live music, endless Champagne and sparkling wine from the Louis Roederer collection, RUMOR Rosé or white wine alongside a varied collection of culinary options from across the globe. New brunch offerings include a Peking Duck bar, seafood and premium meats grilled to order, and bespoke cocktails.

A casual elegant dress code is in place and a two (2) hour limit is maintained.

2pm reservation, seated at 2:40. Hostess told us for 20 minutes they were cleaning our table. Mind you there is a 2 hour limit but service abruptly stopped at 4pm so we really only had an hour and 20 minutes. Party of 5, they squeezed us into a corner for a table made for 4. Really disappointed in this experience given that when you pay $110 per head, you should at least be seated comfortably.

Jaya Brunch was AMAZING. The service was exceptional, soooo much food and the drinks are truly endless. 2 hrs is more than enough time to experience the ambience and eat without feeling rushed. I would definitely recommend

What a wonderful first but not last brunch at Jaya! Lina and Sabrina were just terrific in making sure we had everything we needed including plenty of Champagne 🍾

Is 2 hours max and we didn’t know , we’re talking and having a good time and after an hour and 45 minutes at the restaurant we start to eat in our waitress came and said you have only 15 minutes left and after you have to go after !!! We didn’t have time to eat almost nothing we had time to drink each 1 drinks Then we left after 150$ to expensive And the most important thing they should tell us when we arrive Very disappointed
