Meaning ‘victory’ in Sanskrit, Jaya was conceived as a celebration of culinary diversity that exalts regional specialties from across Asia. Punctuated by nightly dinner performances in the al fresco courtyard, Executive Chef Vijay Veena’s menu features bold, modern dishes from Thailand, India, China and Japan. Longtime favorites include wok-crafted curries, Jaya’s signature Peking Duck, Truffle Dumplings and Dim Sums.

Enjoy Pan-Asian delights, craft cocktails and exotic stage performances nightly, and at Asian Night Bazaar on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays. Aerial artists, fire shows, and contortionists are just the beginning.

The iconic Weekend Brunches offer a courtyard experience with live music, endless Champagne and sparkling wine from the Louis Roederer collection, RUMOR Rosé or white wine alongside a varied collection of culinary options from across the globe. New brunch offerings include a Peking Duck bar, seafood and premium meats grilled to order, and bespoke cocktails.

                                                                What a shame for the Setai to have a restaurant with a front desk hostess and managers to greet you so poorly and areso rude ! Takes away from the experience . Upon arriving we were told that if we wanted to sit outside it would take a long time . When asked how long didn’t get an answer. Agreed to sit inside to be shown to a table where people were sitting and table not available. Then offered a table for 8, we were 4, next to the kitchen . Finally got reseated after complaining to a table inside smaller but with 7 chairs. No one thought of removing extra chairs . Entertainment just ok . Food goodish but nothing exceptional. Not worth going back.

                                                                We booked for 3PM — the description said two hour Christmas Day experience. It didn’t say 3PM is only one hour experience bc it closes at 4pm. So at 345 the kind server told us in 15 mins the buffet closes. So we had to eat fast, lose our leisurely Christmas brunch and then after 4pm champagne wasn’t replenished. Was a bummer - makes sense if half price but ours wasn’t and I wish we came earlier. Should be sure to give information better as all in was over $300 for an hour compared to others that had 2 hours of booze and food for the same price! Quite disappointing.

                                                                The hostess' treatment was rude, she was very impatient and spoke in a disrespectful tone, the treatment of the waiters was excellent, they gave us recommendations and the conversation with them was pleasant, but the service at the entrance leaves a lot to be desired
