   La experiencia en general fue mala. Se realizó la reserva con nota de aniversario. Al llegar la hostess preguntó si celebrábamos algo y volvimos a mencionar que nuestro 1er aniversario. El servicio fue amable pero muy lento, se notaba la falta de personal sin embargo por el ambiente agradable de la música y la increíble vista decidimos continuar. La mixología y la pizza napolitana estuvieron bien, la pizza al final dejamos la mitad y la pedimos para llevar. Pedimos la cuenta y tardó un poco más de 15 mins y pensé que era por algún detalle por el aniversario, sin embargo esto no fue así. La cuenta llegó y no hubo ninguna atención por la celebración que teníamos. Le comenté al mesero mi inconformidad y pagué mi cuenta y en ese momento me percaté que la pizza para llevar no se encontraba, le pregunté a otros meseros sobre donde estaba y se notaban perdidos, como si no supieran de ella sin embargo el mesero dijo que si, que ya no tardaban en traerla (este proceso duró otros 10-15 mins más) y fue cuando solicité hablar con el gerente. El gerente se acercó y de la manera más amable le expliqué cuál había sido mi experiencia (mala ya a estas alturas) por la falta de atención, los tiempos lentos y la pizza perdida. El gerente ofreció disculpas y nos llevaron un detalle de celebración al final, sin embargo obviamente la experiencia ya estaba comprometida, aún así nos despedimos del lugar de la mejor manera posible sin embargo al llegar a casa nos percatamos que la pizza estaba incompleta, solo estaban 2 de los 4 pedazos que quedaron y sinceramente con toda la espera, no se sabe qué hicieron con la pizza durante todo ese tiempo, ¿la perdieron? ¿La tiraron y recogieron para entregárnosla de nuevo? ¿El personal tomó los otros pedazos de pizza? La respuesta real no la sabemos, lo que sí es que no volveremos. No se puede operar un servicio con disculpas solamente por parte del gerente. El sabor de boca es totalmente malo. Les deseo suerte si acuden al lugar, la necesitarán.

   I had been there before and loved the service and the food. This time, we went for drinks, and it took them forever to serve us. We always had to look for someone to pay attention to us. Everything took too long.

   Had a table inside by window, view of sunset was fantastic & watching those outside with blankets around them was happy with our choice to dine inside. Service was fantastic from start to finish. We shared a cheese/salumi appetizer and it was good. We each got a pizza (Margerita & Benny) and they were both fantastic, enough left to take home for lunch the next day (one pizza would have been enough but we couldn’t agree on which one). We shared a bottle of wine, very good. They do not rush you, we spent approximately 2 hrs. The band started before we left and they were quite good & not so loud that you couldn’t have a conversation. Would highly recommend

   Sat outside on the terrace level. Outstanding view and sunset. The place seemed to have recently been remodeled. Very nice. Had pear salad and Pizza both were very good.

   Everythong was excellent except the red snapper for two. The flavor was very good but it was undercooked and very thin fillets... nowhere near the 800 grams advertized... very underwhelming for the price $120 USD. Drinks were good and the service was excellent. Most main dishes were priced well ($35-$45 USD). Views were spectacular. They have a $12 pp surcharge for the outdoor terrance. Window seating inside is better and more confortable.

   ….We didnt go with too many expectations due to the up and down reviews. To be perfectly honest we had a superb evening from start to finish - the server was absolutely fabulous and i now feel bad that i didn’t get his name. Food was plentiful - of note the wood oven cauliflower starter was lovely. Mains we just settled on pizzas and the short rib pasta - the pasta was delicious and a large fowl in the scheme of things. We re really glad we took time to go and being able to see the sunset and the waiters calling on the conch shells just made the evening. I don’t think we’d have enjoyed sitting on the terrace anymore than sitting in and to be fair everyone looked really cold sat out there.
