A savvy businessman and restaurateur, Jean-Georges is responsible for the operation and success of over 60 restaurants worldwide. Following in his footsteps of his restaurants in London, New York, Paris and Kyoto, Jean-Georges at The Leinster will mark his first foray into Ireland.

Jean-Georges’ culinary vision has redefined industry standards and revolutionized the way we eat. Jean-Georges is involved in every aspect of his restaurants – concept, menu, architectural design, staff selection and trainings – in an ongoing effort to create restaurants that are both timely and enduring. Inspired by his travels, Jean-Georges is constantly developing fresh concepts and evolving as a chef and restaurateur, both adapting to and impacting the global culinary landscape.

Loved our lunch - the staff were all super, friendly helpful and warm. The room is stunning, decor is a delight. Our food was gorgeous - an experience to be savoured.

This was my third visit to this restaurant. Every aspect again made it an excellent dining experience. Food was delicious. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Ambience was perfect. There is a high level of attention to detail and it really shows.

Was a bit off what I'd expect for the money, left stull hungry after 3 courses.

Food at Jean-George’s was lovely. It was a little dead for Sunday lunch time, but unfortunately I had booked and made note that it was my wife’s birthday and there was nothing to mark the occasion from the staff/kitchen during what was an expensive lunch.
