Our server, Joe Meyers, was nothing short of phenomenal. His attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm elevated our night to the next level. Joe’s knowledge of the menu was impressive—he guided us through the best cuts of steak and paired them perfectly with sides and wine recommendations. But what truly set him apart was his personality. He was personable, engaging, and even shared his passion for ice cream, sparking a delightful conversation that added a unique touch to our dinner. If you visit Jeff Ruby’s, ask for Joe Meyers—you won’t regret it. He’s the kind of server who turns a great meal into an extraordinary experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Our experience was very nice and pleasant. This was the second time we have booked Jeff Ruby's for our special occasion (Anniversary) and the service was great. Our severs were great and very attentive to our needs.

Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful restaurant, excellent food, phenomenal service with Ella and Matt! We had a great time and would definitely recommend. Took off 1 star b/c the live piano playing was a bit loud, making it tough to hear and have a conversation within our party.

I was very pleased with the entire dinning experience. From the minute we pulled up we were treated as we were the only ones in the restaurant Our server was outstanding, very pleasant and knew how to read the room. The food was almost perfect. It’s hard to complain about anything. But I will because that’s what reviews are for. The apps tuna tar tar perfect, the oysters perfect, the steaks perfect, the Brussel sprouts amazing! creme brûlée almost perfect. The taste was on point but lacked the texture/crunch on top. I still give our experience 10 out of 10!! Can’t wait to come up with a reason to go back!!

Service and food were a great experience! Each course from the wedge salad, crab cake to the steaks and sides offered an array of delicious flavors. Patrick was a great server, very personable and took great care of us during our meal. Overall a wonderful meal.
