LONGO’S brand originated in the Historic Federal Hill area in Providence, RI, where owner Jerry Longo, along with his talented culinary team, created a menu of “Italian Soul Food”. Longo restaurants are known to be frequently visited by well-known celebrities.

Using only the finest imported and the freshest local ingredients, LONGO’S menus are designed to inspire exploration and sharing. LONGO’S antipasto boards include authentic Italian specialty spread served on handcrafted olivewood. LONGO famous cavatelli bolognaise made to order, features 100% beef folded in pomodoro sauce and whipped ricotta. Or delight in the Chicken A la LONGO, featuring chicken franchese, lobster meat, broccoli, and fresh sliced mozzarella on a bed of creamy flavorful risotto will truly satisfy your taste buds.

Longo’s Meatballs & Martinis features custom craft cocktails and an extensive wine selection. Large offering of Italian red, white and sparkling wines by the glass.

                            Did not have the wine I ordered, chose another, they didn't have that, picked a third that was in stock. NOT inexpensive wines, btw.After waiter opened and presented wine and the first pour, he did not refill glasses.. inattentive. Ordered steak and that was cooked properly. Plate was cool to the touch, risotto under the steak was lukewarm. My gf's food was good and the plate was hot to the touch as it should be. Waiter was trying hard, but very underimpressed with the whole operation.

                            Jason our waiter was great! Food and drinks were delicious - spaghetti and meatballs, ravioli florentine, affogato for dessert. Will be back!

                            Salad was Olive Garden level. Both our martinis (something they claim to do well) tasted like a version of lemon pledge. The meatball was just ok. It’s their “Famous Meatball”, yet it was a little bready and rubbery. The linguine and clam sauce was decent, as was my wife’s ravioli. The waiter was attentive and friendly. I give this three stars because I can’t give it two and a half, and primarily because of the main course - and that the tiramisu dessert was very good. Though nothing chocolate on the dessert menu to my wife’s disappointment.

                            The meal was rushed from the moment we sat down. Salad before drinks as we were eating the salad they brought out our dinner the moment they put the dinner on the table they brought dessert. Start to finish dinner was 35 minutes definitely not worth the money

                            Food was delicious. It is a little pricy for chicken parm etc. the martinis were amazing. We had a 9:30 reservation which we were early for and our waiter could not wait for us to be out since they closed at 10. They stood around us and the minute we got up they turned the TV off. They stop taking customers at 10 so I’m not sure why we were being rushed. We were very excited about going there and it wasn’t the experience we had hoped it would be.
