Located in the St Julien Hotel, Jill’s Restaurant & Bistro offers a thoughtful menu featuring fresh, local and dynamic ingredients. The kitchen, helmed by Executive Chef Rich Byers, sources its ingredients through partnerships with local farms, creameries and ranches, its own on-site garden and Boulder’s seasonal Farmer’s Market – conveniently located across the street – where the chefs procure the freshest herbs, vegetables and fruits. These ingredients are used to create scratch-made food, including pasta, bread, pastries, sauces, jus and more.

Lovely, elegant and delicious! Very attentive and friendly staff. The Waygu burger and fries were superb, the Acai Bowl had large, ripe raspberries, strawberries and blueberries and perfectly ripened bananas. The s’more’s dessert was over the top! I’m so happy with my choice and would return there frequently if I lived in Boulder!

Sadly, it’s my recommendation to skip this restaurant. We started out nicely with cocktails and some focaccia…which I can recommend, then everything went downhill. Our starters arrived with our main course, which was tepid and seemed to have been left sitting under a light bulb to keep it warm. The French onion soup was not good, soggy, bad cheese, and tasted like it had been made earlier in the week, left in a refrigerator, then microwaved before bring it to our table. The dessert was several days old, and the overall food experience was bad. Prices were high compared to quality, and we won’t return to dine there.

Andrew was great! Sea bass was perfectly prepared. Consistency of a slightly roasted marshmallow. SO tender and smooth! Thanks for making it a great date night

For so many reasons, this is the best Business Lunch location in downtown Boulder. Great service, meals, and with the high ceilings, you can actually HEAR your tablemates.

Jill’s is a gorgeous bistro featuring great wait staff and delectable dining! My wife & I celebrated her birthday with lunch and enjoyed the Arugula Chèvre salad w/chicken & the Arugula Chicken sandwich & fries. Best of all was, as my wife described “thee finest Carrot Cake” she’d ever eaten”!

Elegant dining experience; superb service. Perfect portion size and artful presentation. A total delight, will definitely return even if not staying in the hotel because it was simply excellent.
