This course is for beginners to experts alike, as knowledgeis for everyone. Theres plenty to learn whether you join 1 session or all 5! For every concept that we discuss, we will taste a wine that will showcase the theory…no question is a bad question unless not asked! The aim of this course is to demystify wines and answer any unanswered question, whilst giving you some fun, intelligent facts about wine that will silence any wine boars…a chance to learn the fun common-sense facts about wine in a friendly fun environment. There will be a wine pack for each class for you to take away and a chance the following week to ask any further questions you might have thought about. There will be plenty of wine flowing at each session to test the theories, and each class will last 1.5 hours. Session 5 - Reading Between the Vines What do you want out of wine? Are there tips and tricks to navigating a restaurant list/buying wine from a wine shop?Building a cellar – how do you start? En Primeur wines – where is wine heading? Can bag in box and canned wine be good? What are the next steps of your wine evolution? Find out with us!
