   Great, I proposed to my girlfriend and we got a great applaud from all customers and everyone. It was the best feeling ever and the service was on point

   Our service was not what we usually experience. The order was incorrect and when we requested the right order the server was rude.

   The level of care to get customers orders correct the first time is not there. I was not impressed and this was not the first time being disappointed in this restaurant.

   This is a restaurant, which is truly customer centric. The serving staff are all very pleasant, attentive, and efficient. The management team at the front entrance is very committed to keeping standard high and customer is happy. The food was exceptional as was the server named JD.. Joey Polo Park is highly recommended.

   First time visit and we will definitely be back. Formerly Earl’s patrons but after a rather disappointing experience, decided to try somewhere new. My wife ordered the strip loin steak and I had the blackened chicken. Steak was done perfectly and the blackened chicken had a bit of a kick to it - both excellent! Dessert was crème brûlée and chocolate lava cake - to die for - followed by Spanish coffee. All and all, a great dining experience and a wonderful date night!

    Normally Joey's is 5 stars on every count. Last night my wife's filet mignon medium was cold. Must of stayed on the shelf for too long. Potatoes rolls were right hot. It took till i was almost done my meal till the I could flag the waiter down. He took it and it wasn't much better coming back. It also wasn't the 1" thick round tender piece i am used to seeing. More of a flat steak. My steak wasn't hot hot but very edible. Almost more tender then her mignon. So I cannot say if this was a waiter problem or kitchen. We usually don't go to Joey's for steak, so maybe me learned something. Every other dish we have ever had there has been 100%.
