Go for the music and convenience, not for the food or service. Extremely limited menu and were even out of some of those items. They got our drink order wrong twice. Plastic plates!

This place sucks. Food was expensive and terrible and I was at the bar for 45 minutes without ever getting acknowledged at all. All of the buffet food was reheated frozen bulk stuff from Walmart. Will never go back

First, it’s a bar in a movie theater. Set your expectations appropriately. The live music the night we went was amazing. Too good for this place. They had only one bartender that night who didn’t seem to care they were packed; just went at his own pace and kept the people at the bar and walk-ups as his priority. Our waitress was horrible and, among other things, we had to ask 3x just to get our check. The food was movie theater food. My burger was probably under a heat lamp for 45-60 minutes before I got it and it came out on a white styrofoam plate. The ketchup and mustard were in tear off packets. While you might always find open slots on OpenTable - there’s a reason for that. You can do better. And the ownership of this place should be ashamed of themselves. It’s disgraceful.

They no longer serve from actual plates. They use paper plates. Servers came to our table after 20 minutes. We had time to sit, wonder where the server was, go order drinks from the bar, and drink them before the server came by. When she finally came by she’s only had one water with her. We started to order and she interrupted us to make sure that we had paid for our bar drinks. Ordered charcuterie and “flatbread” turned out to be cheese cubes, salami, mustard, 4 crackers, and a cheap personal pizza. Not sure what happened, but this was comically bad.

Dinner was a disaster. Six people ordered drinks and only one ever got it. Dinner was from the movie theater next-door fast food, and 45 minutes to be delivered. We previously had a nice dinner here weight staff was chaotic. Didn’t write things down and rarely paid attention despite our our attempts to get Service, no napkins, no silverware or delivered to the table. This is not an experience I would ever repeat.

The music was fantastic and we enjoyed. Our service was poor -we had to ask for service for drinks, then ask for someone to take our food order, then ask for our drinks to be served…. However, our server was very persistent to bring our tickets! Our food was overpriced microwaved appetizers. However, we were there for the live music and that was good.

Cool atmosphere but very poor service ruined the vibe. Good eats but extremely slow coming out considering we were the only customers in the first hour after arriving on time at 5pm. Some great jazz started playing as we were leaving so maybe things get better as the night progressed?

Made a reservation for high chairs a week in advance. Our table was given away and we had to sit at the bar. Also the server never came to ask for our order. We ended up leaving and went to go eat somewhere else. Worst experience ever!

Great place to listen to some live jazz music and get a drink. The food was fine, nothing special. The server we had was awful. We ordered a bottle of wine and the server came back with two glasses of wine. Simple mistake as it was loud. We told her sorry, we ordered a bottle not glasses and asked if we could get the bottle price and to just bring us two more glasses when finished with the first round. We were halfway through our first round when she brought the other two. So we now have 4 glasses of wine on our table getting warm and she keeps coming to the table every 2 minutes to clear items. She took my husband’s glass of wine before it was finished. The reservation we made said we’d have two hours at our table. We were getting pushed out after an hour even though we were paying customers. We felt that was extremely rude. I’m sure it would’ve been a better experience at the bar. The atmosphere and the music was great though.
