With 4 amazing spaces perfect for all occasions, including business meetings, you will be able to customize any event. There is something on the menu for everyone; seafood, steaks and chops, pasta, salads, soup and more (think Brooklyn meets New Houston fare, and everything in between), Jonathan’s excels in every way! Using fresh ingredients, homemade sauces and dressings, and recipes created by Chef Jonathan Levine, your palette is bound for a unique experience. Located in the Memorial area of Houston allows for an upscale experience without the stuffiness of fine dining. Be sure to say hello to Jonathan's daughter, Jessica, who designed and operates this location.     It is not often that I am particularly happy with “holiday” oriented meal outings. However, this was an exception. Jonathan’s was packed, but with our reservations we were immediately seated, and service offered. The Thanksgiving menu was delight and yummy.

    We really enjoyed everything we ordered and the lunch special at $25 a person is amazing. The cost versus value of a food you receive is incredible.

    Food, ambiance/atmosphere, and service are top-notch here. Food recommendations include the pork chop, fritto mixto, gumbo, eggplant parmesan, Mac & cheese, and the Brussels sprouts. Service is impeccable, very detailed and communicative. Look forward to returning!

    We had an excellent halibut parmesan crusted special, reasonably priced wine and sides. It was great and a very good experience!

    Nice place for a dinner to celebrate a birthday. Had been wanting to try for awhile. Thought portions were good; main entrees include a side which is rare for an upscale restaurant. Steak and fish were so-so, lacked a little in flavor. Lobster bisque and wedge salad as well as desserts were excellent however. Service was great, she gave us time between courses and we didn’t feel rushed.

    Seating was fast and efficient as we had a reservation. The staff is always so courteous and someone is always nearby should you need something. We had salads and soup with a favorite wine. Lovely Wednesday dinner!

    From the time we entered the parking lot to the time we left, everything was outstanding. There was adequate parking available (not always the "norm" for a restaurant such as this). The staff was amazing. The restaurant itself was very nice with a great atmosphere. Rolando was our waiter and he was outstanding. The food was absolutely superb. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and we will be back.

    Food was good, but not great (have had a better ribeye, mashed potatoes and wedge salad). However, the superior service made the evening great. Sandy, our waitress, was pleasant, attendant and knowledgeable about a good (again not great) wine list. She was there when she needed to be but not overly so. Went early for Happy Hour but discovered it's only at the bar. Thus was seated for our early reservation and then told it's only at the bar. That seemed unusual to us, but maybe that's standard. A minor glitch.
