My party of seven booked a table in advance for 2:30 PM, but when we arrived, we found that the table was not large enough to accommodate everyone. When we requested an additional chair, the staff seemed confused and unsure how to help (AND DECIDED TO DO NOTHING), so we had to take a chair from another table ourselves.
Throughout our visit, we attempted to communicate with the manager multiple times, but he appeared to have little awareness of his responsibilities. At one point, he started to avoid our table altogether, leading me to wait outside to ask him to come over.
Our waitress, Shay, was frequently forgetful and displayed an attitude when we politely inquired about our food. Instead of receiving proactive service, we had to constantly ask for assistance and accommodations.
When our food finally arrived—after a significant wait—it was still missing some of the add-ons we ordered. Some dishes were served lukewarm, and the red snapper was overcooked. We were so hungry and had specifically chosen this location for our book club meeting that we would have left if it weren't for our commitment.
Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the management takes steps to improve service and food quality for future patrons. Until then, I advise potential customers to consider other dining options.
