   We picked Jules because of its extensive plant based menu and vegitarian options and we were not disappointed. The design of the restaurant is modern and relaxing with very comfy chairs. The staff were attentive and not intrusive and all seemed to enjoy their work as well as being knowledgable about the food and drinks selection. The food was plentiful, beautifully presented and delicious.. especially the chocolate arctic roll with orange gel. We were there for a birthday and at the end of our meal the birthday girl was presented with a handwritten card from the staff - what a lovely touch. The menu had a great selection of meat dishes to suit all tastes as well as several salad options that you can then add different meat to if you want - a great idea. We will be returning and we highly recommend Jules as an excellent dining experience.

   Both had steak would have liked it cooked bit longer med very pink but still very tasty would go again,staff friendly.

   Jules restaurant is a fabulous modern contemporary restaurant based in Mytton Fold Hotel. It opens Wednesday to Sunday. The decor is wow factor. As good as The Ivy. Tables are not too close together. The menu is comprehensive with some classic favourites. I also like the fact that a seoarate Plant Based Menu is also available for vegans. Vegetarians and those requiring gluten free foods. I chose fish and chips for my main and the fish was so fresh and flaky with a wonderful crispy home made batter, it just melted in your mouth. For dessert zi chose a magnificent passion fruit chocolate wrapped sorbet with a lovely fruit sauce served on a shortbread biscuit. and ice cream, it was a lovely refreshing pudding after fish and chips. The chef is offering good quality locally sourced fresh produce at an affordable price. I enjoyed a glass of French rose, which was good quality. Service throughout my dining experience was excellent, attentive and friendly.

   We were welcomed on arrival by reception, treated professionally at the bar and the service was amazing in the restaurant. Food as always was delicious.

   Good quality food and a great menu for various dishes. Service was very good and reasonable prices. I would definitely come again.

   New to use it’s a nice place to much lighting doesn’t set the right ambiance. Staff friendly and helpful, not into people who wear pens behind their ears though. Otherwise service was good. We did have to wait a long time for our food because they had a big table in the private dining area, which we warned about but 50 minutes or more before we got our starter. Starters were average croquettes tasted of cheese but I guess had been in and out of the fryer a few times. The black pudding scotch egg didn’t have enough black pudding which made look limp. Main corses were excellent lamb rump perfectly cooked and the goan curry was delicious only slight issue was they both weren’t very hot but overall very nice

   Went for a meal last night and the service was really quite none existent, there was 2 staff members around whilst we where eating our food and I looked over a number of times to grab someone’s attention so that me and my partner could order another drink, nobody came and we had already finished our meals and wanted to order another drink, it then took ages to get our second drink which by that point I was quite disappointed that we had to wait so long to get someone’s attention, finally our drinks came and I did say that I wasn’t happy but a staff member said it was really busy, it didn’t seem overly busy to me and I don’t understand why it took 45 minutes to get another drink, my partners meal was covered in grease, and my steak was rather tough on the outside, overall I wouldn’t be returning unfortunately, Very disappointed.
