An intimate and unique Japanese fine dining experience that makes you forget you’re in the heart of LES.
With influence from the Hida region of Japan, KAIKAGETSU NYC specializes in the prized Hida Beef and offers Kaiseki- Japanese courses made of hot and cold dishes.
Courses change every month or sometimes more, depending on seasonal ingredients and chef’s discretion.
Reservations are not required but highly recommended. Gluten free and vegan courses are put on hold due to post-COVID staffing but please inquire to see what is possible. For those looking for a more elevated experience, ask about our Getsu course! These require reservations at least 7 days prior to dine date with $70 deposit.
A limited number of omakase (chef’s choice) a la carte set plate is now available each day - no reservations are required. This would be great to have a taste of Kaikagetsu with a drink. If you have children, please let us know beforehand! We may be able to do something special-
