    I tried the Miso Cod, and it was perfectly cooked, with the miso glaze adding just the right amount of umami. The dish felt balanced, light, yet fulfilling. Excellent execution.

    The Tuna Tartare was like a little party on my tongue! The crispy nori is such a great touch, and I couldn’t resist adding caviar (totally worth it). If you’re skipping this, you’re missing out big time!

    We ordered 2 beers and were just given the bottle. When asked about glasses, we were told there was only 1 available so we used a water glass which is not a problem. Server did not seem experienced. When we were there in June, there was a noodle as one of the dishes, so we felt more full after the meal. This time, we even ordered another piece of sushi, on top of the 15.
