Under the expert hands of culinary icons Alfred Prasad, Daren Liew, and Richie Castillo, each dish at Kaldero reflects the extraordinary talent and artistry of its creators.

The dining space at Kaldero is a feast for the eyes, designed to complement the artistry on the plate. Rich, reclaimed timber, genuine terracotta tiling, and warm natural materials envelop the room, creating an intimate yet sophisticated setting.

Setting the stage for a truly immersive experience, the music at Kaldero is curated by neo-soul artist Uly, whose selection fills the room with vibrant layers of sound that are as dynamic as the dishes themselves.

Myself and my partner have been so excited to come here. We have been waiting for a good Filipino-style restaurant to come to Dublin. The decor is calm and cozy and the walls are covered with gorgeous artwork. We were served by Alex, who was very friendly and made us feel super welcome. We ordered the cherrywood smoked pork ribs, scallops, dynamite lumpia and masala fries. Everything was delicious, we left nothing on our plates. We also tried a few of their unique cocktails: Ube Colada, Mango Masala, Pandan Gin Fizz and Tamarind Sour! The Ube Colada was nice, I personally think it could do with a little more ube flavouring and coconut cream but the other three were flawless! We are already planning our next visit!

The most amazing food! If you’re looking for something a bit different, with a group of friends or family this is the place! Beautifully presented food, amazing taste, energetic passionate staff, we loved every second, thank you!

The food and service at this restaurant are excellent. Although it has only been open for two days, I believe it will quickly become the talk of the town. I will definitely return to try more items from the menu. I've already recommended this place to all my friends in Dublin. AME, Manchester

The staffs are very welcoming & friendly, the place is warm & cozy, and the foods on the menu are really focused, fresh, and amazing. We enjoyed the small plates to start with (we’ve ordered 4 types). The Baka (grilled rump beef with peppercorn sauce) was tender and perfectly cooked and the Seafood Claypot on the large plate menu was very tasty. Also, their dessert was delicious. It was a lovely shared reasonable dining experience. This place is highly recommended 👍
